What moving in Town Square involves
Town Square is a large freehold master community by Nshama, set along Al Qudra Road with neighbours such as Mudon, DAMAC Hills, Arabian Ranches 2 and Mira. It mixes two very different kinds of home, and each needs its own plan.
- Townhouses: clusters such as Hayat, Noor, Maha, Safi, Zahra, Naseem, Shams and Reem, mostly with three or four bedrooms, plus maid’s rooms, storage and small gardens. These moves are bigger in volume, with outdoor furniture and garden items to pack.
- Apartments: mid-rise buildings such as Hayat Boulevard, Zahra Apartments, Zahra Breeze, Rawda, Safi Apartments and UNA, with studios up to larger family units. Here the service lift and loading point set the pace.
Many residents are families, and a lot of moves happen within Town Square itself, for example from a flat into a townhouse, or out to nearby Al Qudra Road communities.
Permits and access in Town Square
Before moving day, check the move approval with the community or building management for your townhouse cluster or apartment building. Requirements can differ between buildings, so ask early.
- Tenants are commonly asked for a tenancy contract or Ejari, Emirates ID, passport copy and sometimes a landlord NOC.
- For apartments, book the service lift and confirm where the truck can load.
- For townhouses, confirm gate access and where the truck can stand on your street without blocking neighbours.
- Moving out? Ask whether a move-out approval is needed before you hand back keys.
